Context

Hospitals managing patient records on paper face lost histories and identity mix-ups. PulseHMS gives each patient a digital card backed by biometric authentication, with health data stored securely.

What I did

  • Owned the product roadmap and prioritized features with clinical stakeholders.
  • Specified the digital patient card and biometric authentication flows.
  • Steered the platform from specification through pilot deployment.

Outcome

Led the roadmap and delivery of the platform from spec to pilot deployment.
