Context

Teams across JS Morlu offices reported market and audit signals in inconsistent formats, making them hard to aggregate and act on. SignalPlaybook AI uses LLMs to structure raw reports into a shared, queryable playbook.

What I did

  • Designed the product end-to-end, from reporting flows to the review surface.
  • Built the application with Next.js and an LLM-backed structuring pipeline.
  • Drove internal adoption until it became the default reporting tool across offices.

Outcome

Adopted internally as the default reporting surface for staff across three countries.
